`Ctrl-A` `C`	Create new window
`Ctrl-A` `Ctrl-A`	Change to last-visited active window
`Ctrl-A` `0...9`	Change to window by number

`Ctrl-A` `N` or `Ctrl-A` `<space>`	Change to next window in list
